A green house to paint eggs. Una serra per dipingere le uova

 

If you are an Easter Rabbit sooner or later you will resolve to add a special place to your home to paint your beloved eggs to have them ready for the hunt. In this case my exagonal greenhouse comes really at the right moment. This project is easy but really cute with all its spring themed decorations! 

Se sei un coniglio di Pasqua prima o poi deciderai di aggiungere alla tua casa un posto speciale dove decorare le tue amate uova in modo che siano pronte per il giorno di Pasqua. In questo caso la mia serra esagonale è proprio arrivata al momento giusto. Il progetto è semplice, ma davvero carino con tutte le sue decorazioni primaverili!

Here the making of. Ecco come si costruisce

The elevation is made by 2 half hexagonal sectors, one has a flat ceiling to accomodate the led string equipment. L'elevazione è composta di due settori semi esagonali di cui uno ha un soffitto piatto su cui poggerà la serie di lucine led

Obviously if no lights are desired the project can be done with 2 "no ceiling "sectors.

Ovviamente se non si intende illuminare la serra si possono fare due settori identici senza soffitto

Here you can see the fixing of the roof of the greenhouse that is obtained  closing  the open exagonal shape below. Qui si vede il fissaggio del tetto che è ottenuto chiudendo la forma esagonale aperta qui sotto

The  doors with trimmings and back panels to  color  the brushes shapes.

The basement 

The basement has slots to center the greenhouse step floor.

The table has small panels to change color to the legs.

Ci sono anche piccoli elementi per differenziare la tovaglia e  i piedi del tavolo

Once the basement is closed it is time to decor its sides with the flowers panels.

Chiuso il basamento si possono decorarne i fianchi coi pannelli floreali

Easter egg on the edge of the woods. Pasqua sul limitare del bosco

An Easter egg on the edge of the woods. Nature wakes up, you see, the daffodils are already in bloom, the trees have the first leaves and the bird houses are ready for their guests!

Un uovo di Pasqua sul limitare del bosco. La natura si risveglia: I narcisi sono già fioriti, gli alberi mettono le prime foglie e la casette per gli uccellini sono pronte per i loro ospiti!!!

Ecco come si costruisce la metà superiore.

First of all prepare these pieces that are the  base octagonal closing of the upper part.

Prima di tutto prepariamo questi pezzi che sono la base ottagone della parte superiore dell'uovo

 All the pieces in this picture have to be cut twice to complete the dome

 Tutti i pezzi in n questa foto vanno tagliati due volte per completare la cupola 

In this picture the  tray for the tea light has still to be glued properly inside the dome

The 8 branches (4 + 4 mirror images) for the birdhouses, I used only red leaves in my project, but is a matter of taste!

Gli otto rami (4 + 4 specchiati) delle casette degli uccellini. Io ho messo solo foglie rosse, ma è questione di gusti !

The big corner branch must be cut 8 times.

Il grande ramo d'angolo va tagliato 8 volte.

A pen to shape the braches is enough to give them a natural look.

Una penna per dar forma basta a far sembrare naturali i rami.

The design of the branches create a natural look for the forest.

Il design dei rami costruisce l'intrico della foresta.

To have the best result the roof has to be glued at the gutter line with its underpart and the triangular trim in front has to be aligned on the lower side ( it will  be higher than the roof pitch) or the hole trims will not fit.

Per avere un buon risultato il tetto alla linea di gronda va incollato con la sua parte inferiore e la decorazione a triangolo sul fronte va allineata in basso e sporgerà dal colmo del tetto  o si rischia che le decorazioni ad anello dell'ingresso non ci stiano.

Cut twice the belt (pink here but green sparkling paper in the project) and glue it at the bottom of upper part.

Tagliate due volte la cintura da attaccare alla base della parte superiore ( qui è in rosa ma nel progetto è verde glitterato)

All pieces  must be alternate so 4+4mirror images will be needed.

I mazzi di fiori vanno alternati così ne serviranno 4 +4 specchiati.

This set  is to decorate half egg. Has to be cut twice.

Questo set serve per mezzo uovo, va tagliato due volte.

After having completed the shell with the flat ring ( to hold the tray) glue to it the panels an only after the flowers.

Dopo avere completato la metà inferiore dell'uovo con l'anello che sosterrà il vassoio interno attacchiamo le foderine decorative e poi i vasi di fiori.

Glue and close the tray leaving the tags on the outer face for a better look. The tray itself can be glued to the egg, but is not necessary...and should it get dirty you can simply change it!

Incolla e costruisci il vassoio lasciando le linguette all'esterno per un aspetto più ordinato, il vassoio stesso può essere incollato all'uovo, ma non è necessario, se dovesse sporcarsi basta cambiarlo ! 

I think that this egg has different levels of complexity, each of them with its own special appeal...Naturally I go for the most intricated one:)

Penso che quest'uovo abbia diversi livelli si complessità, ognuno con il suo particolare fascino...Naturalmente io finisco sempre per perferire qualche complicazione in più:)
