The 18th pair of houses in our Jingle bells village is dedicated to the Bank of our Jingle Bells Village. For this important business I imagined a sturdy building with a classical and traditional look to inspire trust . The "temple like" center of the of the facade make it an impressive and severe building.
The companion house follows its inspiration but lingers on a luxury and exclusivity mood with the 3 small loggias giving to it a rich and classy look.
Il diciottesimo “capitolo” del nostro villaggio è dedicato alla banca del nostro Jingle Bells Village. Per questa importante istituzione ho immaginato un edificio solido con un look tradizionale e classico per ispirare fiducia e stabilità, il centro della facciata con la sua citazione di un tempio greco lo rende severo e di impatto.
La casa che l’accompagna persegue un po’ la stessa ispirazione ma con un tocco di lusso ed esclusività , le 3 loggette le danno un look ricco e di classe.

The "stone" frames behind the windows, cut in a thinner paper, must be aligned with the walls at the bottom, you will notice a border around the structure hole this is done to make easier to insert the 3d windows. Le cornici "in pietra" dietro i serramenti, tagliati in carta più leggera vanno allineati alla base dei muri , noterete che resta un bordino scoperto fra l'apertura nei muri e la cornice, questo è fatto per rendere più agevole inserire le finestre 3d.

These are the two small walls on the side of the central temple entrance. Questi sono i muri ai lati del tempietto d'entrata
Please note that the tab of the central wall is short. Notate che la linguetta della parte centrale è corta.

Inserting the base to block and strenghten the walls. Inseriamo la base per mettere in forma il perimetro.

The glue must be placed only where the columns hide the railing. La colla va messa solo dove le colonne nascondono la ringhiera.

Now glue the stairs to the wall and under the main door step. La scala va incollata al muro e sotto il gradino del portone

When the front temple is attached to the facade remember to control that the doorstep of the 3 doors/windows in the loggia rests on the loggia floor. Quando si attacca il tempietto alla facciata bisogna controllare che il gradino della finestra tripla nella loggia poggi sul suo pavimento.

Now we need a roof. Ora ci manca un tetto.
The pieces and the folding procedure for the roof. I pezzi e la procedura per fare il tetto.
You attach the roof at the back wall. Il tetto si attacca al muro del retro.
Then you accomodate the front slope and the flat roof portion. Quindi si accomoda la falda in fronte e la parte piana del tetto.
Now is time for the roof attic banisters. Ora è il momento delle ringhiere d'attico.
Last roof to go in place the cover of the temple top. Ultimo tettuccio ad andare a posto la copertura del frontone del tempio.
Last touch the brass fence in front of the bank entrance, on the second step. Ultimo tocco il cancello d'ottone davanti all'entrata della banca sul secondo gradino .

The central decoration must be aligned well to the bottom of the wall so will be in line with the corner stones of the side walls and will simplify the placing of the hanging balconies. La decorazione centrale va allineata bene in basso così rimarrà in linea con le pietre angolari dei muri laterali semplificando così il posizionamento dei poggioli sporgenti.
For the making of the loggia in the facade you can procede as for the side ones. Per la costruzione della loggia in facciata si procede come per quelle dei muri laterali.
The making of the balcony. La preparazione del poggiolo
Please note that the 2 balconies must be attached to the facade only when the side walls (completely finished) are already in place so to be sure of the alignements of the corner stones. Da notare che i poggioli andranno attaccati alla facciata solo dopo che i muri laterali, completamente finiti, siano a posto per controllare meglio l'allineamento con le pietre d'angolo.

The flat box base goes in place last, so you can see from the open botton how to align the dormers. As the dormers windows are really tiny if you prefer an easier solution compared with the 3 d one in the file you can find a flat window shape. La sottile scatola base va a posto per ultima così si può vedere dal fondo aperto l'allineamento degli abbaini ai buchi del tetto. Poichè le finestre degli abbaini sono davvero piccole se si preferisce una soluzione più agile delle finestre 3d una versione di finestra piatta è presente nel file.
