Riding the bike. Gita in bicicletta.

Thinking of the “Dancing in the light” San Valentine themed lantern was a lot of fun and the ideas were overflowing, so we came out with this design with a gazebo for the meetings in the park of two “bike enthusiasts” lovers. The sidings of the pavillion are slanted and the architecture is like blooming. This time the led tea light is hidden in the roof and the lantern has a smooth light effect that adds to the romantic tone of the decoration.

La creazione della lanterna di San Valentino “Dancing in the light” ci ha molto divertito e le idee erano tante così abbiamo costruito un nuovo gazebo per gli incontri nel parco di due innamorati con la passione delle due ruote. Le pareti di questo padiglione sono inclinate e la piccola architettura sembra fiorire. Questa volta la candelina led è nascosta nel tetto e la lanterna si illumina di una luce morbida che si addice al tono romantico della decorazione.

“Charming Bells”, 3 lanterns for the Easter table. “Graziose Campane ” , tre lanterne per la tavola pasquale.

This project is inspired by the Easter bells and their uplifting concerts.

Questo progetto è ispirato alle campane di Pasqua e ai loro armoniosi concerti.

There are 3 different designs of lantern and each of them can have different color schemes and arrangements so to create an interesting and stylish ensemble for the Easter celebration ( and any celebration! ) this coming spring!

Ci sono tre design diversi di lanterne ed ognuna può essere costruita con carte colorate seguendo schemi cromatici diversi e vari per creare un insieme interessante e “stiloso” per le celebrazioni di Pasqua ( e per tutte le occasioni ! ) questa primavera.

Every lantern is built by six sectors glued “shoulder to shoulder” to give It the rounded finished look.

Ogni lanterna è costituita da 6 settori incollati “spalla a spalla “ a darle la sua forma circolare.

This is the trick to align perfectly the different sectors, while building the next use the first one to check the alignements.

Questo è il trucco per allineare tutto alla perfezione: per fare il secondo settore controllare gli allineamenti col precedente e così via fino a lanterna finita.

“LET'S CELEBRATE”, a centerpiece lantern. “LET'S CELEBRATE” , un centrotavola luminoso.

This is a project dreamt out of school memories, because it resonates with the armonies of the classical architecture we were supposed to learn in those years.

Questo è un progetto che esce da un sogno di ricordi di scuola, perchè risuona delle armonie classiche che avremmo dovuto imparare in quegli anni.

This lantern, that accomodates up to 10 led tea lights,  (but the look of soft light that you obtain  with just 5 

is very nice) is a sort of temple, out of an enchanted realm of Arcadia, all prepared with angels in niches and hanging garlands to celebrate . It can be finished in various ways, leaving space to individual interpretations and it is quite easy to make !

Questa lanterna, che ospita fino a 10 led tea lights (ma l'effetto di luce morbida che si ottiene con la metà non è da sottovalutare) è una specie di tempio, sbucato da un incantata Arcadia, tutto preparato , con angeli nelle nicchie e ghirlande appese, per celebrare la festa . Può essere finito in molti modi, lasciando spazio alla creatività individuale ed è piuttosto facile da costruire !
