 We always agree that a beautiful gift deserves a good looking wrapping! It can also happen that  the box looks better than the item that conceals...I always buy cookies not so good but with wonderful tin cans!

So here we go, we have a box and on its top there is a hill, and on top of the hill there is a mansion built around a decorated Christmas tree.

Siamo sempre d'accordo che un bellissimo regalo merita un incarto all'altezza! Può anche succedere che la scatola sia più bella del contenuto...Compro sempre dei biscotti poi non così buoni solo perché la scatola di latta è meravigliosa! Eccoci qui allora, questa volta si tratta di una scatola sul cui coperchio sorge una collina, e sulla collina c'è la casa dell'albero di Natale.

This project contains several optional details and can generate a lot of different versions. The top can be used alone and became a 3d tag.

Il progetto contiene alcuni dettagli opzionali e si possono fare versioni molto differenti, la decorazione del coperchio può essere usata da sola e diventare un chiudipacco 3d.

Inside you can place a led tea light and the Christmas atmosphere covers the hill!

All'interno si può inserire una led tea light e la luce dell'albero si spande sulla collina!

The title question is all but philosophical and zen!

La domanda del titolo è tutt'altro che filosofica e zen !

We have been asked to design a Christmas decoration to be put in a plastic ball to hang to a tree. It was a really difficult task because the 3d model was supposed to resemble the Gesu Church in Philadelphia (USA).

Ci è stato chiesto di disegnare una decorazione da inserire in una pallina di plastica per l'albero di Natale. Era davvero difficile perchè il modellino 3 D doveva essere la Chiesa del Gesù in Philadephia ( USA).

We have been close to refuse the challenge, but then we decided to give it a try.

Siamo stati vicini a rifiutare il compito, ma poi abbiamo deciso di provare.

We imagined that the model should have been more evocative than a real replica, in fact we made 2 front sides so the building is easily recognizable however the ball is placed on the tree.

Abbiamo pensato che il modellino avrebbe dovuto essere evocativo senza essere una vera replica, infatti abbiamo messo due facciate cosi l'edificio è riconoscibile comunque sia appesa la pallina.

Cut a cat Christmas home . Per Natal ci siamo fatti una casa di gatti.

This charming Christmas decoration is going to be our joyful, purrfect centerpiece for the table this season to welcome our guests .

Questa graziosa decorazione darà un tocco gioioso/gattoso alla nostra tavola di Natale.

It is a two floors house, with a small gated garden, a Christmas tree at the back , and the 1000 cats we would like to have.

Si tratta in effetti di una casetta con giardino cintato, alberone di Natale sul retro e i 1000 gatti che vorremmo.

It is quite easy to build but some pieces could be a challenge for bigger hands… but the work is simplified by the design of the facade decorations that have widows sills “coming out with a pinch” and then are glued to the facades giving a clean rich effect with little effort.

Nell’insieme costruirla è abbastanza semplice, anche se certi pezzi sono un po’ più complicati da montare viste le piccole dimensioni. Qui il lampo di genio è nelle decorazioni delle facciate che si attaccano ai muri , si montano facendo “venire fuori“ i davanzali dando un bell'effetto rifinito in un colpo solo con poca fatica...

The house is given a festive mood by the Christmas details, garlands and tree, and by the army of cats going everywhere!!!

Poi la casa è arricchita dai piccoli dettagli natalizi, le ghirlande e l'albero sul retro e soprattutto da un sacco di gatti pestiferi che girano ovunque!!!

Our sister is convinced that to attract such a large number of cats the owner has to be a really big mouse!

Nostra sorella sostiene che per attrarre tutti quei gatti il proprietario deve essere un topo davvero enorme!
